I have both Fierce Carbon Rival in 28 Nosler & CA Ridgeline in 300 WM. Both shoot great 1/2 moa on both I have had problems with the Ridgeline not chambering or chambering very hard once fired brass I’ve tried many different things to try to rectify this with no luck, new brass shoots fantastic...
I always went with 10 ply but I like you couldn’t get the ST Maxx in the size I wanted but I love the tire so went with the 8’s & haven’t had a bit of problems on the very same roads & trails I always drive. Just my 2 cents
I can’t really tell you what the Athlon’s compare too as I’ve never really been around or used the high end brands I just know they’re very clear for the price range they’re in. Probably not a lot of help to you just my personal experience
Many many miles left on that Toyota. I understand the itch of a new one though. Toyota is bulletproof & this is from a die hard Ram guy. Had an 83 4x4 sr5 out of high school & wish I still did
Can’t speak of Chiras, but the cow Moose I shot here in ND weighed 1300 lbs skin on at the butcher. Walking up on an animal that size is speechless. Good Luck!!
