3D printed items for outdoors?
Has anyone ever tired making a "Big Eyes" rig to set up two spotters to work like huge binos? The CNC ones are crazy expensive, 3d printed feels like a perfect solution.- jpc01101

Peat moss holds so much water and just freezes up for me here in KY. Wax dirt is a pain in the butt to make. How are you all using peat moss in a place with moisture and a freeze thaw cycle?- jpc01101

Are suppressors over rated?
A suppressor removes so much of the shock both muzzle blast and recoil that it allows for much more comfortable shooting overall. My son (8) can easily shoot my 300 PRC with the can on it. But you do you, it absolutely isn’t a requirement. -

The boy helped me out while I was coues hunting and dispatched his first coyote of the year. I’ll get more sets out this week at some point. So far we have two raccoons and this dog.- jpc01101

I couldn’t get enough apparently so I went back this AM to see if there might be a big Tom on the carcass or at the very least a coyote. Sadly only birds but was still glad to be back in that beautiful place to watch the sun wake up! -

Had an opportunity on a dandy little 3x3 at last light on Tuesday. A comedy of errors on my part ended with me shooting over his back. Went back yesterday saw more does but thr little buck didn’t make another appearance. I have to work today but will be out there by 3 ready to glass another one... -

I had to work today but got out this afternoon and almost immediately got onto deer. Ended up seeing 6 does in 3 groups. Cant overstate how much it helps to just see a deer a convince yourself you aren’t an idiot spending hours looking at an empty mountainside. -

Spent the past two days glassing my brains out. Looking high and low and everywhere in between. I have seen 1 doe and her fawn twice. The first was a legit spot and the second time the fawn was running in circles and had a bad case of the zoomies :). Not sure I fully understand Coues deer... -
