Damn Poachers
From another press release by CDOW (or CPW, now?): "Poaching continues to be a major issue in Colorado. Studies in various states indicate that poachers kill almost as many animals as legitimate hunters do during legal seasons." Full story here. I just don't understand... -

2010 Wrap
2010 was my first big game season in about 15 years. I grew up hunting pheasants like a job and whitetails on the side in Iowa. Fast forward through college and the 10 years I lived in Colorado without applying for anything (think of the points I could have banked now if I were smart then!)... -

Hi all, Love the OYOA shows; much better to see Randy's genuine excitement about the adventure and not just the horns. I'm a first-time Colorado deer hunter (grew up in Iowa; no rifles) with a 2nd season tag in 38. Can't wait for the time to get here! Any tips appreciated.
