I pulled my right calf in September last year. Took about 6 weeks somewhat off. Guess it wasn't enough, and it evolved into PF by December. Been fighting it ever since in both feet, but the right leg is worse. PT has helped with it, but I have to be diligent and if I get lazy things get really...
In 2023, we bought a popup camper and took my year and a half old daughter to Homer and back. Once there, we stayed with family and I worked remotely. Had to go up the Cassiar and back on the Alcan due to fires. Great trip overall.
We essentially had 9 days on each end for driving and it would...
Last Saturday went sideways fast. This was after the wind had "calmed down".
It would have been really convenient for my power switch to actually be wired to use one of my trolling motor batteries as a back up starter. Its fully capable just was never done.

Its currently 64F outside.

On Saturday, I woke up way too early to pick up T and N for a pheasant hunt. This was mostly for the dogs, as Colorado pheasant hunting just isn't great. It was not pleasant weather- 40mph winds and 23 degrees. However, it was one of the best bird number days I've ever had. Mostly hens, but we...
This was essentially home for the 10 day hunt.
In the back of the truck, I have thise interlocking foam rubber mats on the bed. This makes it easier on the knees, and keeps feet much warmer.
On the driver's side I had a cot with a couple pillows, a comforter and a sleeping bag. Underneath the...
