Vacation ideas
We do the beach every other year and it's fun but a big to do. On off year's I try and keep it relaxing and simple. Our go to is to find a air B&B near one of our favorite lakes and mostly fish and watch the kids swim. Might rent a boat for tubing one day or do a guided fishing trip. This year...- WildWill

So what if my terrible odds get a little more terrible in the NR DIY draw. Small price to pay IMO for getting rid of the outfitter draw. It's a absolute BS welfare system that helps private enterprises profit off a public resource. I understand why guy's use the outfitter draw to up their odds...- WildWill

Preferred Upland Loads?
Upland besides pheasant means quail or dove for me. My favorite load is #7 shot for those birds. I'll add I almost always am using steel shot as I hunt a lot of wetlands where it's required.- WildWill

What caliber/rifle/bullet would be suitable for taking a Terminator/iRobot?
That's what I was thinking. They already make hand held units for shooting drones down. Not as much fun as the old elephant gun but probably more effective. -

Poll: How many OIL tags have you Drawn in the Last 20 years of Applying
By the criteria put forth I've only drawn 2. 1) 2023 The first was a draw tag in Texas for exotics on Devils River SNA. Not sure of the exact odds put the average is about 6000 applicants for 10 or 12 tags. They do have a squared bonus point but I believe I had 2 or 3 when I drew. Pretty sure...- WildWill
