Help, I need a new pronghorn rifle! (Update)

Border Coues Units since Biden left office
Hunted the late rifle season in Unit 36B last month. Saw a lot of Border Patrol, as well as Az National Guard. Did see 4 illegals in one group & some evidence of recent trash. Helicopter activity was disruptive to at least one occasion. Traffic appeared to be much lower. The ones we saw... -
Copper barrel cleaning
Working on my 3rd barrel conversion from lead to copper, using Barnes Bullets. Best groupings have followed cleaning the barrel completely down to the steel. Fiberglass Truck Topper
Had really good luck with my ARE. Bought it 6 years ago & have spent 3 doz + nights in the topper. Put a bed rug in it, rope LED light on the interior roof, & sealed up the tailgate to keep the dust out. Haven't had any problems with it leaking water & get minimal dust inside the shell. camper shell or small trailer?
Have the same problem, either sleep diagonally or drop the tailgate & clip and moving blanket onto the liftgate to insulate. Works pretty well down to mid-twenties. Being from AZ also helps...- Zellhouse

camper shell or small trailer?
Got caught in an early snow pulling a trailer from Coeur d'Alene to Butte on I-90 few years back. Never want to do that again. Use a Topper with a bed rug, & a Teton sleeping pad. Add a hitch haul for added exterior storage space & have done quite well over the past 5 years of in/out state...- Zellhouse

Have had very good results with 58.0 grains of Mag Pro pushing a 101 grain Barnes LRX all copper bullet, at 3105 FPS. No problems in finding this powder locally, avoiding hazardous shipping fees. Price for powder is also reasonable.- Zellhouse
