    Yeah, that is wrong. You have to look on the actual application they publish. I'm not sure why the SDGFP has that discrepancy, they did on deer as well. The 14th was the paper app deadline but not online...

    I don't know about the deadline but if you purchase a PP you will no longer be eligible to draw this year. Maybe apply first then get your preference point if you are unsuccessful.
