I guess the question is more at what point are you held responsible from a legal them breaking the law standpoint. I wouldn’t expect to be punished if my daughter gets a speeding ticket someday.- cwitherow

This brings up a unique thought experiment- at what point are parents/guardians held liable/responsible? Take theft- If parents know of their intent to steal vs knowledge of it after the fact? Slippery slope indeed.- cwitherow

As someone who struggled immensely with mental health in my younger years... I can say I now would give up easy or convenient access to my guns and ammo if I thought anyone in my family was struggling in that way, or any way. I can't speak to the legal repercussions, but I also know...- cwitherow

Boat Buying Season?
I have nothing to add other than boat envy. My 16' Alumacraft with a 50hp Yamaha tiller does everything I need it to but always looking at upgrades or modifications (thinking Drotto and trailer steps this spring). It's nice to have friends with bigger boats for those big water trips.- cwitherow

Gotcha. I don't have strong opinions on trans issues related to athletics and can absolutely see points from both sides, but I view it as a separate issue than the greater conversation related to trans and LGBT. Not the intent or purpose of this thread but HT is such a breath of fresh air when...- cwitherow
