Best Reusable Game Bags?
I've used the lightweight argali gamebags on around 15 animals. Probably due for a new set but they've held up great over the years. I've also used the caribou gear gamebags on a couple elk. Definitely a lot heavier/bulkier but nice as well.- Hamms12oz

WALA: Man attacked by a bobcat while turkey hunting
About 10 years ago I was attacked by a bobcat and the following year a close family friend was also attacked by one in the same general area. Bobcat and coyote encounters seemed to be a fairly common thing where I grew up turkey hunting in Pennsylvania.- Hamms12oz

Bear hunting pressure in the sapphires/pintlers Montana
Ehhhhh to an extent haha bear hunting is becoming quite popular. Get off the main roads/trails and you'll escape the pressure anywhere. Not many guys putting too much physical effort in for bears.- Hamms12oz

Bear hunting pressure in the sapphires/pintlers Montana
Sapphires are easier to access and glass so consequently you'll see/run into a lot more people. Pintlers are more remote with thick vegetation so glassing can be difficult but that comes with a lot less pressure. Bears in both ranges so pick your poison.- Hamms12oz

Non Political Broadhead Thread (With a Bonus Poll!)
Broadhead tune with fixed blades (QAD) = same POI with field, fixed, and mechanical (Rage). Carry both in the quiver and if at longer distances or windy I'll use the mechanical otherwise always reaching for fixed blade first. -

Arbitrary Hunting Goals
Yearly Montana goal (best I've done was 4 species in a single year): Turkey Bear Pronghorn Elk Deer Wolf Long term goal is to harvest a mule deer in each state, so I try to squeeze in a tag or 2 for out of state hunts each year.- Hamms12oz
