Great they sent you a new Mark V for something over which they had no control. May need to start making their boxes more generic looking though if this is happening often.
If they won't take a regular check, I don't need it. I've relied on the feedback on LRH and so far so good, and my one purchase here was fine as well.

I think I bought my daughter's for something ridiculous like $179 when they first came out. Very accurate, but the posts saying ~$1K are correct unless someone just wants to do you a good deed, as we do here from time to time.
