    Hey, seen you had 3rd season CO unit 54 tag a couple years ago. Drew the same tag this year. You have any experiences you mind sharing? Never been in the unit. As you are aware, its a tough NR draw, so likely the one and only time I'll hunt deer in there on 3rd season. I assume there is some weather dependency for sure, but curious what terrain and elevations you found deer on your hunt.

    Tried to reply to your PM last night but is says your inbox is full.

    I never made it down to 33. I started hunting in 37 and found a bunch of mulies right away and a really nice 180ish buck. I got on him twice and just couldn't pull myself away. I was planning on hunting 33 in the Oracle area tho.

    If you're seeing a lot of does outside of the rut it is very unlikely you will find any bucks with them. You're right about moving over a couple canyons.
