hnt4life, a couple of friends of mine were archery hunting elk in Wyoming earlier this season and drilled a lion with a crossbow which had come stalking within 8-10 yards of them. I attended a lion seminar which was hosted by the SD GFP and when asked by a attendee on where to hunt lions in the Hills his response was, "Find a draw". Haven't really hunted in close t 20 years now.... yeah, I know... Basically a SE Kansas guy who relocated to Wyoming back in '89 seeking employment.
