Anyone want to help me look for a hunting/recreational/investment property?
Do something you don't have in your arsenal. Your just kicking the tax ball down the road with the 1031 exchange so just pick something and hold it a year. If you don't like it, you get to list it and turn the page again. Hidden Lake was my top choice. A little pond that might hold some fish...- wolfpup

Are you overweight? Diabetic? Cholesterol issues? I wouldn't touch it either if I wasn't any of those things. Protein and water intake a critical. Greens and Carbs are necessary too, but there are 2 options with high cholesterol... take cholesterol meds or change your diet and lose weight...- wolfpup

Is a fixed bent frame worth it?
If your ready to pay for a new one, let them total and take it. If your just going to buy used, buy it back. At least you know what demons you have caused the last 125k miles. A similar used you have no idea what might be lurking.- wolfpup

Permanent Conservation Easements Being Questioned
