Quiet Waters Act Proposed by The Back country Hunters and Anglers
The quiet waters proposal is a guide/outfitter sponsored initiative. It limits public use of waterways to a certain group. There is no compromise in this initiative, it only speaks of removing one group of sportsman. I hear no limits on drift boaters,rafters etc. This is aimed at powerboats...- Welder247
