Just Colorado, with any luck I’ll be chasing antelope for the first time… I know the muzzleloader tag is an easier draw but I’d prefer the advantage of a rifle for this one (we shall see)
I’ve used a bunch of Talleys with no issues, one set of the Leupold backcountry’s and a set of the Hawkins lightweights. The Hawkins are expensive but the quality seems to be there
I have my great grandfather’s in the safe, almost identical except it’s a full choke. I haven’t found a tree tall enough to save a squirrel from that thing. Awesome guns, heck of a buy for somebody

All of my replacement triggers have been timneys, set at 3 lbs. I have several older 700’s and model seven’s (pre xmark triggers) that have had trigger jobs done, that all come in between 2.5-3.
I don’t like anything much below 2.5 on a hunting rifle, I want to be able to feel the pressure...

I have the buck 110 my dad gave me when I was a kid but once I went to a fixed blade I never went back. It’s been back to buck for a new blade, they do stand behind the warranty.
