Oregon Draw Results
Ditto here. What with the fires last year and incredible heat this year I suspect it might suck but I'll be out in the woods. I'll have 3 points for elk going into next year though, anyone have an opinion (HA!) on where to apply next year with good draw and success odds?- thatsjet

Tips for brisket on a smoker
I've done either apple juice or nothing at all. The apple juice caramelizes but adds some good flavor, without it is just as good and I've since decided I won't do it anymore. Have only ever done full packers, usually 16-18lb range.- thatsjet

Our Daisy girl went out with dignity and grace in our home yesterday afternoon. The at-home vet actually handled it on our bed where she's been a fixture for the last 15 years. Thanks SO7. She's lost quite a bit of weight and is really lethargic, but we're trying some new meds and change in food to see if she'll bounce back. I'm crossing my fingers and praying she stays for a while longer. I won't keep her here past her expiration date on my own account, but I'd sure...- thatsjet
