Time for a new spotter
Leupold SX4 spotter for $599 on sale periodically. 15x45-65mm. You may not be able to count age rings at two miles.. however last weekend I watched people 2.2 mile across lake. Could see a good deal of detail. I highly recommend. My 2c- Snowhunter11

Antelope Hunters - How Blessed Am I?
It took me 8 years to draw my first antelope tag in ND. I hunted bonus whitetail/mule doe in that particular unit for ~8 years as a way of scouting for speed goats. Long story short I had a good idea where to find them. 1/2 day in we were tagged out! Almost underwhelmed.. the meat was excellent...- Snowhunter11

I agree with above I would check all of the states you think you may want to muzzy hunt for regulations. 50 cal is what I use and it gets it done. Kick is dependent on your load of course 😉- Snowhunter11

This will be my first year out sheep hunting the beartooths. The interesting stories provided here (Good or bad) I would say helped push me to take the plunge and buy a tag. Leupold Chinese spotters????
Leupold warranty experience over last 20+ years. Bino dust caps. (Recently)Me- I broke them from using the rubber things so much. How much for new ones? Them new ones in the mail no charge. Binocular-(~10 years ago)damaged adjustable eye piece from dropping so much.. before bino buddies etc...- Snowhunter11

Why my pack sucks: Kifaru, Stone Glacier, Exo, Seek, Mystery Ranch, Kuiu, etc.
I have an alps z Commander and it is heavy, noisy/clunky , and can be painful under load. I have a kuiu pro pack 2300 for day trips ~35lbs gear is quite enjoyable considering you have a pack strapped to your back. To compliment the 2300 I have a 7800 I believe.. which is a large pack I intend...- Snowhunter11
