And that's how I shot a fawn one year when I was like 17... 😂 didn't have anything else around it to judge the size. Ground shrinkage was another level on that one... Every time I've tried to do it myself I've hated how it comes out and end up with at least 10 pounds of meat I have to force myself to eat. Better to leave it up to the pre made mix cause even if it's not amazing it has never been terrible for me. Reduces risk at the end of the day I suppose- SD_Prairie_Goat

I myself go 90/10 for almost everything. But fat content is important for us, so I keep it very low compared to most others. I think I should have gone 20/80 for the snack sticks tho- SD_Prairie_Goat
