We took 3 antelope with Backcountry Hunting Logistics last year that scored around 78, 80, and 84. I'll post pictures later. They are getting officially scored in the next few weeks. We had a great trip and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. You can check out BHL's Facebook...
If one is looking for just a hunting rifle, it may or may not be your thing. But for one platform, that excels in multiple areas of use, it is darn near impossible to beat. Adaptability is where the AR15 platform shines.
For me personally, I don't think I would ever consider going back to...
All great ideas, thank you!
I will get the tires slimmed this weekend, as that was on my list of items to do. It actually has a receiver hitch already. I was thinking the same thing on the gun boot, as well. They do look like they take up a lot of room, but the gun would be secure. Lots of...
So not going to say I'm any kind of expert on ATV's. I'm not... With that, I spent the last year looking for a machine myself. The vast majority of my friends either farm or ranch. A good friend of mine also owns a atv dealership. Several to be exact. So I differently seen two sides of...

My tastes
Ruger ultralight
Remington 7
Browning BLR...
Thank you!
The model 7 you say? Oh how I love that model of Remington. I had one for years and then like an idiot, sold it. I have regretted it every deer season. One of the most useful hunting rifles out there IMO.
This year once a month, I try to get my main big game rifles to the range. I usually only do 1; 5 round group with both. Just something to stay comfortable with my main two. I probably have shot around 600-700 rounds of 223 at prairie dogs as well this summer. But what I shoot the most right...
So I went with the B&C. Here are a few pics of the the two put together. The barrel channel fit as it should and I'm very happy about that. The picture does look like one side has a little bigger gap, but it is just the angle of the photo. The barrel is right down the middle of the channel...
