    Any of you guys attend? Myself, my dad and two of his friends went on Friday. I enjoyed it, but dang it was packed! I don't do well with big crowds in small spaces, I wasn't expecting such narrow isles and that many people crammed in there.

    Picked up a new Marlin yesterday

    Well I'm sorry to say (not really) I sold the 45-70 before ever firing it. I saw a 2019 shot show x bolt maple medallion 06 I couldn't pass up and brought it home. Beautiful gun.

    I lapped the barrel with the accubonds, they shot ok but part of that could be breaking the barrel in. Going to try some federal premium 180gr with the barnes TSX next.

    The last scope that was on the gun in question was a VX6HD on that would shoot under MOA, there is nothing wrong with the gun setup.

    As we all know DNZ is a one piece mount so if its out of alignment then it came that way from the factory. My dealer has a dead nuts bar I'll have them check the DNZ before mounting the scope. According to UPS its set to be at the house today.
