Flatlander weather question
I can tell ya from an experience that happened to me and what I was told when I called the maker of the NOAA app. I have the NOAA radar app on my phone and love it; however, my wife and I were at a mountain ski resort high up in elevation and the app said it was sunny with no precipitation... -
