6.5 Remington Mag
So I have a .264 win mag. What’s the difference between that and the 6.5 rem mag? -

What do I do?
I say neither. If you plan on shooting 400 yards with it, that’s quite a but if drop to be guessing. Get a scope you can dial and be accurate. -

ATV Upgrade
Can am makes a nice 2 up 4 wheeler in various sizes. I’ve had one since 2007 with no problems. Now you can get power steering, which is nice as you get older. Plus the extra length of the 2 up makes it very hard to flip over backwards.- pikeman1

Rangefinder input
I have a older leica 1000 that works great, haven’t tried it when it’s snowing. Looking to upgrade and I think I’m going to go with the vortex razor hd 4000 this time. I like something with a warranty. -

Need a recipe for whole deer shanks
Here is what I use for my bone in neck roast, sure it would work with shanks. Brown with salt and pepper, put in roasting pan with some water at, add seasoning over meat. Bake 325 5-6 hrs.- pikeman1

Vortex Viper PST Gen II 5-25x50
I have one on my 6.5 and like it, nice and clear to my eyes. Haven’t shot it much yet though. Had the gen 1 on my 7mm for a couple of years with no problems also before upgrading that to a night force. -

first time michigan bear hunter
Get on the michigan sportsmans page and ask on there, better odds of finding someone who knows the area. But I am sure it won’t take long for you to find some public land to hunt.
