When you're circling to get the wind in your favor before stalking in on elk, how much distance do you want before crossing upwind of them? I have a late-season cow tag this year. Test your truck battery and check its cables
Bumping this PSA back to the top for 2025. A mechanic warned me the battery was already failing so I replaced it again today, cleaned the cables, and replaced the positive terminal. I'm headed to mule deer country later this evening. Good luck to everyone!- Paul in Idaho
