    They could've gone to the states and other stakeholders and tried to figure out what works and what doesn't work with the roadless rule and gone from there. Outright rescinding one of the most popular USFS rules without considering local input is certainly not collaborative or local.

    White rice is definitely better for you than brown rice. Brown rice has the outer layer that accumulates much more arsenic. There's a reason rice eating cultures focus on white.

    Elk bullet in Grizzly country

    I wouldn't worry about a specific load for grizzly. I hunt elk in NW Wyoming with a .25-06 or 6.5PRC with a Barnes bullet. I like lead free and they shoot well in my rifles. Bear spray on my bino holster and head on a swivel! Had an encounter with a grizz last year and it makes you feel small.
