Hey guys, I have not been on here much at all for quite a while, but I noticed the other day the trapping sub forum was gone.. Was there just not enough activity on it to justify the space or what? What's a good long range rifle out of the box?
I am one of twodot's kids who was blasting dogs and rocks at 8-900 with the Bergara .308... My buddy who has that rifle sold his Tikka CTR and got the Bergara.. I shot both and prefer the Bergara hands down.. For a street price of about $950 you can't beat it. The stock is fantastic. If/when... -

The river is way low.. It wasn't even flowing a few days ago.. They shut the irrigation off upstream though and it is flowing again. I would love a big heavy rain right now, and I hate rain generally. -

Best Budget Rangefinder
For $160 the Sig 850 is tough to beat... For basic archery and medium range rifle hunting it's great. The 2000 is nicer, though a little more expensive. -
