Trip to Alaska
One thing I might recommend that has not is a scenic flight out of Soldatna, Seward, or even Anc. A glacier flight or trip through Lake Clark Pass are worth every dollar and only take a couple of hours.- moosegut

I have done numerous float trips in Alaska, most of them as a guide. I find that chest waders are way to warm and bulky. I like the hip waders as you may be doing some hiking/hunting in them. Vacuum Sealers
I purchased a Vacmaster VP215 2 years ago and have not had a single bad seal. It is a little spendy, about $1,000 -$1,300 but if you use it a lot the savings on the bags alone will take up the slack. Never have to worry about wet products again, you can even bag up some soup.- moosegut

What is a guide???? I think there are many different situations that determine what is a guide. A guide is different in Michigan, as a guide in Wyoming or a guide in Alaska.
