What won't you hunt?
I also have no desire to hunt predators. Especially wolves, coyotes, lions and bobcats. I buy a bear tag every year because I love the idea of hunting them in the spring, but don’t think I could shoot one. I’ve had plenty of opportunities, but can’t do it. Fixed for 25 years or so now. Once less thing to worry about. Currently shooting 2 blade unvented VPA double bevel 150 grain. Really tough head. I avoid crowds like the plague when hunting so this is a welcome change for me. We have long bird seasons so there is still plenty of time to hunt. I heard Lolo National Forest lost 45 employees last week. Hurts to hear about it all together and hurts even worse when it affects people you know. I can't imagine what it would feel like being one of the people that got let go for no justifiable reason.- Montana_Wanderer

I have used #9.5 Apex mainly and it works great. Pattern opens up on my gun a bit fast and it’s fixed so 35 is my max. My Yildiz is sub 4lbs so it’s a joy to carry, but does kick. You will likely have some stray pellets and #9.5 are tiny. Check your meat very carefully as tss will easily chip...- Montana_Wanderer
