My daughter, son-in-law and grandson were recently here to visit from tenessee. They went home with a cooler full of frozen venison and antelope including backstraps from last year's lope & mule deer and from my Minnesota whitetail! I really miss it and am waiting for my Wyoming trip this year... -

How long is too long in the cooler for a Pronghorn?
Don't know what you are driving but last year I removed the left rear folding seat in my silverado and made room for a small freezer (3.5 cu ft). I too bring my vacuum sealer and a generator. The freezer leaves home with frozen milk jugs full of ice.it helps keep my refridgeratables cool till I... -

I will be in Wyoming deer and antelope hunting on my 70th birthday this year. Nothing tough about it for me. Last year at 69 I harvested a longhorns on a solo hunt in WY as well as a mule deer and a whitetail in MN and WI. It doesn't get easier with age but definitely a little tougher each... -
