    At least you have your Washington tags that give you an opportunity. Might focus on those this year. Can put in for Idaho Controlled Hunts. Not great odds for NR but if priority is meat a antler less tag may give you ok odds. There are also generally some returned OTC NR tags.

    For the breast I either smoke or slice and fry depending on the year. The wings and drums get slow cooked until tender. The boneless meat we use in enchiladas, turkey sandwiches, or whatever else sounds good. Thighs sometimes slow cooked sometimes ground if I have enough to justify.

    What is the diameter of the horn where it attaches to the stuffer? Check that and see if it matches any other specs. Can also check some meat processing supplies like Waltons and see what they have for horns.

    Your dog’s quirk?

    We have an Aussie mix that’s afraid of laundry. If you start folding or sorting laundry she will get up and go to the basement. The lab mix has several quirks. One being how she sleeps on her back.
