Do you think this was the intent of donating tags? While all the gaming is going on to benefit those who know the system, how many vets that really need to participate, which was the original intent of all this, are going without?- JM77

This subject was brought up during the Task Force when complaints about abuse were surfacing. They did a check and found one vet had licenses four years in a row. What should be the limit?- JM77

I fully agree with the changes proposed by G&F on season extensions. I have first hand knowledge about this, having helped a veteran who used a donated tag, during the 2025 season in a general area for elk. Plain and simple, the qualifying extension requirements should be the same for any group...- JM77

Wyoming tranferable tag bill
I can assure you that LO licenses will being staying just as they are for sometime to come. The issue you mention surrounds the fact that some wildlife herds tend to have different home ranges at different times of the year. If those wildlife are not on the private lands during hunting season...- JM77

Another interesting WY public access case
The easement is only on the private. The road crosses BLM and State but there is no easement for the public. That's why I argue the grantor can't tell the grantee what he can do on public.
