Stop worrying about judges and prosecutors and put your faith in the jury. Obviously a LEO has to write a ticket first. The jury in Rawlins, Wy let the Missouri 4 off in lightning fast time on two years worth of tickets, which included swinging around a post that was in the way of the brass cap.- JM77

Really? It was the wife of a local landowner that crossed a corner, with no pin or cap, about a decade ago in central Wyoming in front of the NR landowner who had an actual elk refuge due to corners. She promptly shot a bull elk on public land. Montana guys be like "well what if this..."...- JM77

Since score seems to be a determining factor for mounting him or not, have a SCI measurer do an official score. SCI is basically gross B&C and doesn't require a drying period. Not sure what you mean. Residents do not have regions in Wyoming. We can hunt general areas statewide.
