    looking to install bubble level on my rifle scope. Last bubble level which was on a swivel broke while hiking in Montana this year. Anybody have success with the bubble levels that mount directly behind the dial up turret?

    Hornady ELX - No Good for Hunting Elk???

    Have used ELDX on several hunting trips and have had good results. Elk was shot at 200 yards just behind the shoulder and expired about 75 yards away. Lungs were heavily damaged with minimum meat loss.

    Trail camera suggestions

    I have owned several brand cameras over the years. Some have been destroyed by elk and bears so I lean towards the less expensive ones and invest in a metal storage/security container.

    Montana Land Transfer Bill HB 320

    Currently looking at the upcoming legislative bills in Montana and thinking about hunting in another state. The non resident prices and potential lack of tags makes you wonder what will the future hunting atmosphere be in a state I've hunted for decades.
