No infrastructure should go on public land until we repurpose all the abandoned buildings in every major city in the midwest and rust belt. Those old factories seem perfect for data centers.- IDiot

Threading and chopping a barrel?
I need threading done on a 30-06 and will probably take a few inches off while I'm at it. For the folks that have had shortening and threading done, how much did it cost you and any gunsmith red flags to watch out for? -

PSA to everyone. Game cams are called camera traps by biologists and are used for a great many things. I used them to count anglers and boats at a public launch before. Wardens use them to deter or catch poachers and littering. They can be used to estimate populations, map migration corridors...- IDiot

I will need help in 5 years
It's preference points not bonus points, big difference. And in 5 years it'll take 10 points, could be even more. The demand is way more now than even a few years ago. You can catch it but it won't be in 5 years. I hope there's a change in the system coming, but I doubt it.
