My buddy and I drew tags in Wyoming, with decent public access, without any points for this year. But I also bought a point for next time i apply. So it can be done, but do yourself a favor and buy a point. -

Gunbearer. love it. Takes a minute to get used to but as soon as you do, its super handy. freedom of both hands is incomparable, and the fact that your muzzle isn't constantly in the twigs and brush just above your head is awesome. so if you bought your conservation tag with your hunting it is just printed on your license, which is a shame because i see the stamp online and it looks really cool, sort of hoped it would come with. oh well. i see if you really wanted you can buy one for $13 from game and fish. lol... -
