Elk move up in the morning and down in the evening?
I have heard from multiple people on podcasts, elk101 etc. that the general rule is elk move up in the morning and down in the evening. Is this true in high alpine basins? In my limited experience I have seen elk that move up to the open high grass to feed in the evening/night/morning and then... -

WY Archery Gen Elk preference
Mainly drive time. I was driving from TX. After 14 days in the NW with no kill. I drove back for another 7 days, and didn't want an extra 12 hours of drive time. -

One thing I noticed hunting both last year. The NW seemed to have a lot more guided / horseback hunters. The trailheads were full of horse trailers and wall tents. The Southern units had more weekend/local traffic. I saw elk in both areas, ended up shooting one in a southern units. These... -

Season 4 Episode 9 - Trespassers Fate?
I am just now watching the season 4 on Amazon. Randy is in Montana and some guys ruin his hunt and kill a bull on private land. Randy calls the landowner to report them. Does anyone know what ended up happening to the hunters?:confused:- harge57
