WTB spotting scope.
I've got a Kowa Prominar TSN-554 (15-45) in the safe that I'd sell. It's the same Prominar glass that's in their 88 Series spotting scopes. Do some Google searching for comparisons of the Prominar glass to competitors like Swaro if you're not familiar with Kowa, it's often considered the best...- grizzly_

So much for the vaunted Swarovski warranty.
I've had two Swaro issues, 1) a spotting scope eyepiece I bought as a Demo from a camera store in NY had an internal screw come loose and rattle around. It was replaced for free. 2) a set of bad Talley rings ruined a Z5 scope and I had to pay a few hundred dollars to have it replaced/repaired...- grizzly_

What scope would you put on a .375 H&H for lion, buffalo, and croc? I've heard everything from Trijicon, Leupold or NF, to just a red dot. Would you go illuminated? Solid mounts or QR? Thanks for the advice from those who've done it before 🙏 -

You guys put a lot of credibility in surveys IMO. I've seen the same surveyor end up with the same corner dozens of feet apart depending on which monument he started from.
