Help Me pick the dates
Hi All, Curious on when you all think I should go on my cow elk hunt in WY. The cow elk hunt starts early to mid October, same as the type 1 bull tag, then a week goes by and deer season opens. Back of the heal. Wearing liner socks and merino socks over. Had to tape up the heals on the last long hike with no issues. May have to do that, otherwise it's rubbing. I feel like I should have +/-75 miles on the kennetreks and they should be getting broke in?- Flatlander3

Hit/lost bull
If he was bleeding out on level ground, that tells me the shot was low enough to bleeding out. I've had animals not bleeding out until the body cavity fill with blood up to the hole. If he stopped bleeding right when he went up hill, that tells me the shot it not far back and the hole is more...- Flatlander3
