Heck yeah! People don’t fill them tags because they’re afraid to put in the work. There plenty elk way back just gotta be willing to get there. Luckily we have horse this year. So it’s game changer- ElkSgt2018

Wish you the best man! Don’t be afraid to get a few miles back. That’s the biggest thing that prevents hunters from tagging an elk is the fear of the pack out after the kill haha- ElkSgt2018

There no atv access or bike. Only hike horse! You going to pack out a couple miles or outfitter. I heard there was a few outfitters in the area that may go there. But I’m going way back with our camp and horses- ElkSgt2018

Where in 78 did you guys go? I’m taking my dad and horse just above pagosa springs. Going to head way back. I’ve only ever hunted Idaho.
