Montana Deer Management- If I were King for a day.
I like it, especially the aspect of having hunters choose between LE and a General tag. It should reduce a bit of pressure during the general (since LE applicants are not hunting), and boost draw odds for LE applicants. It's giving the hunter the choice. I do think there could be some pushback... -

What’s too cold to tent camp.
It depends on the weather... Generally, if temps are below 10-15 F, you'll need a wood stove/tipi. It's some work cutting wood and feeding the fire, but really keeps the morale up when hunting the cold temps, and the ability to dry out. I'd say 15 is the limit with cold camping, unless you want...- COSA1

Google Bot Data Mined Super-Fund Site
Heard about some sheep coming into the mine, so I tried a quick hunt up the Stillwater. Ran into a griz sow and cub on the trail at 20 yards, luckily she woofed and ran off. Bozeman Grizzly Bear meeting
This was the first one of these I went to. It appeared to be a big happy gathering for all the enviro folks, while the few folks that looked like sportsman kind of looked they'd rather be anywhere else. The enviro/antis are way more organized and numerous than I naively believed - kind of scary...- COSA1
