Tampa area fishing?
I've fished beaches south of there a few times. Time of year is huge! Usually we're there in Feb and pick up whiting, pompano, sheepshead, some other oddball fish and a few small sharks. Hornady Superformance 139 grain GMX 7mm-08
Couple years ago I used that ammo in a newer Savage 110 storm. Grouped fine at sub 1 inch, but I was blowing primers. Thought it could be an ammo lot issue so I called Hornady. Flea and tick meds for dogs?
I've had good luck with Advantix II, 1x/month. Have not noticed any oily residue. I think corgis must have been bred to maximize attractiveness to ticks. I was late putting it on this spring and pulled several each day. After applying, nothing.- chequamegon

The hunting game
