I’ve sent 25 emails to Montana state legislators, Tony was the only one woo answered, his reply was he is trying to preserve farm last as farm land. This is not a response. They are just trying to push this through.- Charles DeVoe

You’re correct, you pay the same tax after the CE as you did before. This bill will stop things like Rocky Mtn Elk Foundation, Bitterroot Land Trust, 5 valley Land Trust, and many more.
