My point more was I did 45 min of cardio this morning and burnt around 350 calories. If I don’t watch my food on that scale I can just as easy consume that 350 calories and should have just laid in bed and not eat the extra food.
I’ve never met @Drake4 in person. I know he works for the same company I do. Lives in Bozeman and a state he hunts that’s not in Montana. Maybe it’s a you thing?
Dumb no. It’s just hard to tell how much food you’re actually eating. If you’re not running things across the scale it’s pretty easy to eat an extra 500 plus calories on a day. Depending on how bad your habits where to are it may not matter for awhile

Got a new scale today that scans bf% more accurately. I decided today I’m gonna start forcing myself to drink more water. Scale came in heavy I’d assume from that but im down to 16.5% bf so that’s awesome. If you want some real motivation go see how many pounds of fat your packing
