    IMO, the "real answer" is to stop allowing tag returns at all except under the bereavement and medical exemptions that already exist. Edit: and also under the current 'surrender' option (which puts some tags into the Secondary draw).

    Yeah, I’d sure rather have Miller at this point/age, but at now reported $1M AAV + games-played bonuses, Burns as a 3rd pair guy is totally fine with me. CAR might be the current winners of the Mikko trade, honestly. Stankoven locked up and still all that cap room. Yikes.
