Which Luepold reticle?
I just ordered two vx5hd 3-15x44 scopes. One has the htmr reticle and the other is the impact 29. I’m going to keep one and sell the other to a friend. Which would you choose and why? I can see pros and cons for each but can’t decide. I honestly haven’t shot enough to really be used to moa or... -

Hunting gaiters
I’ve only tried one brand so I can’t compare but they worked well. They were first lite. They have two kinds I think mine are whichever ones are the more expensive. They were a bit tight on the calves and actually wouldn’t fit over one pair of thick insulated boots but worked well other than that. -

Life and ugly guns
For me a gun is a tool first. I don’t want to carry something around I’d be worried about. I appreciate the nicer ones but I would have to have a lot more money than I do now to spend money on strictly cosmetic upgrades.- Carny

Backcountry Wyoming Elk Hunt
Oh, and I’m jealous 😂! I went to Colorado last year and we literally didn’t see one elk. I mean at all. Not even driving. We’re trying again next month so hopefully it will be more like your experience!
