Sierra Club Cautiously Optimistic About State's Wolf Management
wild dogs, why do you need them. what is the point. They suck,they have pushed the elk herds around in my favorite get away place. cant hardley see one now. I am so glad that they are now under State control. Best FU**##IN news I heard all year.- BuckTrack

First time Bear hunter....
As I was on my way down to town this morning, I saw the moose mobile (blue chevy) heading up hwy 55 just short of Banks, little late for a hunt must be re-loading the bait or something. he looked like a man on a mission, happened to quick could not see who was riding shot gun.- BuckTrack

The tripple 7 ffg, is the stuff, cleans way easy compared to pyrodox pelets. also lights up fast. remember also it is a little more potent that pyrodex, so if 130 grains was ggod for you try 120 grains of tripple 7. I use 100 grains works good, and accurate as heck, I do keep shots at elk under... -

yeah, thinking hard, went up this weekend to clear my trail out, lots of down fall with all the snow we had. got through that then hit snow, going back up again soon. Was a beautiful day up there. -

I never heard of american pioneer powder sticks, I use Tripple 7 ffg, and power belts 50 cal 295 grain, they fly out great and easy to load and are a 50 cal diam bullet,but they are hollow point. but they do a good job on elk up to around the 100 yrd mark. -

SaddleCloth: Does it work in the Rain
I wear saddle cloth, I have a Cabelas lined jacket and pants, I wear them in snow hunting here in Idaho,I also have a pair of unlined pants I wear in rain, They do an excelent job of keeping you dry, you will sweat while hikeing. I have 4 sets of these things, 1st set is a motorola,in the .5 watts range, IE: 2 mile range, they work good but you cant turn of the roger beep, 2nd set I bought a cheaper pair of uniden 2 watts of power they claim a 5 mile range, and the reception is defenately better with a 2 watt radio, I...- BuckTrack
