Vitamins?
Marv....No!! someone did try to get us on Monovie (sp?) though. Redding is not all that bad a place...LOL. I can only speak to how I feel since taking vitamins/supplements. I think eating "HEALTHY" foods here in the USA is a myth. Our meat and vegatables are far from nutrient filled, pesticide...- buckchaser

Well My wife and I take Nutrilite vitamins and feel great. I have way more energy, I am happier, and have not been sick all winter. Be carefull with your choice and do some research.
