Vitamins?

Marv....No!! someone did try to get us on Monovie (sp?) though. Redding is not all that bad a place...LOL. I can only speak to how I feel since taking vitamins/supplements. I think eating "HEALTHY" foods here in the USA is a myth. Our meat and vegatables are far from nutrient filled, pesticide...

Well My wife and I take Nutrilite vitamins and feel great. I have way more energy, I am happier, and have not been sick all winter. Be carefull with your choice and do some research. Nutrilite uses organic sustainable farming for their ingrediantes and low heat for processing. Many brands do not...
