How much is an elk hunt worth to you ?

Any wolf killing?
I've got a dumb question, please put me in line if this is in the wrong venue.... What do you do with a wolf once you harvest it? Is it good eating? Mapping out Elk locations ahead of time
Definately interested in learning more about this. No matter how much gear, exercise, sprit I may have learning to hunt elk, odds are againist me if Im looking low when their high or high when they are low.
