I was able to get a little more feedback from the Public Access Coordinators (Wyoming). If a county road touches or goes thru BLM land inside a HMA area you can hunt on that piece/area without a permission slip. Also, you can camp there (BLM) if you wish even thou the Ranch Rules say no camping...
OK .... I gave the WGF a jingle and asked them the question as stated in my post. I used the randomly selected example shown below for Pine Draw Hunter Management Area for Antelope 47.
You can see public road coming into BLM in the NW corner of the HMA. The WGF dude said to contact the BLM...
Thanks to all so far with your comments. From what I can tell so far, only the Kifaru gunbearer and the Slik Sling V3 offer reattach of the rifle without removing the pack.
I'd like to revisit this subject if I may. I found a couple of older threads here on HT but instead of opening up them back up I thought best to start a new one. There appears to be some newer products out there since those older posts and revisions to older versions.

Looking at some areas to hunt Antelope in Wyoming that have HMA areas.
I notice that some HMA areas contain BLM land but the Ranch Rules for some say "No Camping". So, .... can a person camp on the BLM land if it's inside the HMA?
