    Sorry about not replying. My group left for colorado at 1 in the morning on 11-1-12. I hope your hunt went well. We were hunting public land in 71/711. As you probably know weather didn't cooperate. It was a tough hunt for us. My son shot small forky. We were not see quality of animals that we usually see. good trip none the less.

    It sound like you have some good experience in 71/711. What could you tell me on what I should be expecting when we get there? This being my first trip to hunt Colorado I'm a little nervous about learning the area and knowing there is a lot of other hunters around. I'm hoping to get off the beaten path and get away from the crowds as much as i can. in you years of experience what is the quality and quantity of deer you have been seeing? Any help would be much appreciated. Like I said before I'm looking for a good time to be away from it all and have a good hunt.
