Yeah if I got permission, will I would probably be out there for a week or two at least. Yeah, I'd be coming from Wisconsin and I'd be bringing one or two blocks of fresh cheese if one of these landowners would be interested?- adventure seeker

Doesn't sound too promising. I've hunted Montana for many years on public land with both bow and gun. Had really good luck but the price of the tags have gone so high. But I'm older now. I've had two hip replacements and two shoulder replacements. Still can move around pretty well but I thought...- adventure seeker

About these unlimited cow and calf elk tags sold this year? What would be the best way for a non-resident to get permission from one of these landowners? Are there landowners that really want to get rid of elk that would give permission?- adventure seeker
